Andrea was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska.  She grew up playing basketball and volleyball, as well as training and competing with horses.   Andrea graduated with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2001.  She enjoys doing life with her husband and five kids.  You can often find them having fun together, competing in sports, and supporting others in their community.

Ryan was raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Upon graduation from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, he earned a free-agent hockey tryout with the New York Rangers. Ryan has discipled student-athletes at UAF since 2010. He and his beautiful wife, Andrea, have five children.

Jami grew up most of her life in Alaska. She first learned of FCA while competing D1 Diving in college at the University of Hawaii. While in Hawaii she gained a relationship with Jesus, was baptized and committed her life to following Him. Jami is also a dive coach, ski coach, and PE teacher. She has a deep passion for Jesus and sports and is excited to be a part of the FCA team.

A Christian athlete at a young age, Steve played baseball, football, and basketball in northern Alabama. He accepted the gift of Christ's salvation at 13 and joined the US Air Force after high school where he served for over 24 years in the military. Drawn to the beauty of Alaska, his family decided to call it home. Steve has been actively coaching in the Eagle River and Chugiak community since 2014. He is excited to join FCA and eager to see this community transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
